order responsibility
once an order leaves the boutique, the boutique is not responsible for any damage incurred during transit, handling, or after delivery
workmanship flaws
if any workmanship flaws are identified or if the abaya is customized based on measurements different from the ones mention in order notes, then the item must be shipped back to the boutique (if inside UAE) for assessment and amendment after which return and exchange policy may apply after mutual agreement.
For order outside the UAE, return and exchange policy may apply after mutual agreement via proof of workmanship flaw or measurement discrepancies have being sent to a customer service representative.
order timeline
all orders require min. of 2-3 weeks for till delivery inside the UAE and 3-4 weeks for all international orders.
orders may experience delays during peak seasons such as ramadan and eid. if the item is ready earlier, it can be delivered before standard timeline.
refund policy
custom orders
no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be issued for customized orders where original design of the abaya has been altered/changed based on customer's request or preference.
ready-to-wear purchases
no refunds are offered for any purchases via online, in-store, payment link, or bank transfer.
exchanges
exchanges are only permitted within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- the item is made on measurements different from the ones mentioned in order notes before checkout,
- it is in unused condition without any proof of damage.
shipped orders inside the UAE cannot be exchanged, amended, or refunded unless sent back after mutual agreement. for orders outside of the UAE a new item will be sent after mutual agreement on exchange.

- standard orders: up to 3 weeks for production + 1 week for delivery
- ready-to-wear items: 1 week for delivery
local orders (within the UAE)
- standard orders: up to 3 weeks for production + 2-3 days for delivery
- Ready-to-wear items: 2-3 days for delivery

all custom orders may take up to 2 weeks for completion (exclusive of delivery).
